Liz Charky is a Los Angeles-based director of Syrian, Sicilian, and Tonawanda-Seneca heritage, creating visual stories among the endless intersections of humor, heartbreak, love, and loneliness. She loves drawing from her sensitivity, intuition, and playfulness when directing honest & imaginary moments. Her style around movement, color, and light are often informed by her work as a cinematographer and choreographer. Her work has been featured in January 2024’s Shots Unsigned Directors List and Frame Set.
